Steve Lucas

Stephen Lucas is an experienced leader in the electrical and construction industries, currently serving as the Branch Manager of Atlanta for White Electrical. With over 26 years of experience, he has progressed from an electrician to senior superintendent, director of field operations, and now a branch manager. His expertise spans industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and government sectors, where he has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects.

Over his career, Stephen has managed field operations for pharmaceutical and industrial divisions, overseeing high-profile projects for Merck, Penn State Medical Center, Mondelez International, Procter & Gamble, and the U.S. Army, along with many other high-profile clients. His leadership ensures efficiency, safety, and quality while overseeing operations, budgeting, cost estimation, and workforce management.

A U.S. Navy Seabee veteran, Stephen’s military experience instilled in him a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. He holds an Associate Degree in Construction Technology from Walker Community College and is a licensed Master Electrician in multiple states. He is also proficient in BIM software, project scheduling tools, and Lean construction methodologies.

Beyond his professional career, Stephen is a devoted husband and father of four. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and supporting his children’s sporting events. He is excited to continue driving growth and operational excellence while strengthening White Electricals’s industry reputation.
