Sam Tripp

Sam Tripp serves as the Operations Manager for the Alabama division of White Electrical Construction Company, bringing over 24 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade. A graduate of the Electrical NJATC Apprenticeship Program, and an IBEW member since 2002, Sam has built a career rooted in technical expertise, operational excellence, and leadership in the heavy industrial and commercial construction sectors.

Sam joined White Electrical in 2010, advancing from Journeyman Wireman to Project Manager before becoming Operations Manager of Alabama in 2025. Throughout his career, Sam has led teams on a wide range of complex projects, including heavy power installations, renewable energy installations, electric vehicle infrastructure, and low-voltage systems. His depth of knowledge spans multiple specialties, making him a versatile and trusted leader in his field.

Known for his strategic approach and commitment to safety and quality, Sam plays a critical role in ensuring that project delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards. He is dedicated to driving operational improvements and fostering strong team collaboration across job sites.

Sam currently resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee with his beautiful wife Jaime of 23 years. Together, they are proud parents of a son and daughter.
