Lucas Kelley

Lucas Kelley is the Branch Manager for White Electrical Construction Company’s Atlanta operations, where he leads the strategic direction, operational execution, and long-term growth of the branch’s service, commercial and industrial electrical business. With over 15 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, Lucas brings a practical, disciplined leadership style rooted in real-world project execution. His focus is on building strong teams, implementing efficient processes, and delivering reliable, high-quality electrical solutions for clients across the region.

Throughout his career, he managed complex commercial and industrial projects across Georgia, overseeing scope, schedule, budgets, manpower, and risk. His background includes power distribution, industrial electrical systems, underground utilities, and large-scale retrofit work, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of both field operations and executive-level project management.

As a leader, Lucas is passionate about developing people, strengthening accountability, and fostering a culture centered on safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. He believes long-term success is achieved by mastering the fundamentals, empowering teams to take ownership, and executing plans decisively.
Lucas currently resides in Rome, Georgia with his wife and daughter, and enjoys working on the family farm raising “Designer-Cows” Wagyu/Red Angus cross beef.
