Install electrical feeders and distribution panels in strategic locations centralizing the distribution of the branch circuits to the new HVAC equipment serving the common areas and hotel units.
Branch circuits to over 600 PTAC HVAC units in a coordinated succession maintaining a fully functional hotel without disrupting occupancy.
Installation of wireless HVAC control systems serving the hotel mechanical units.
Installation of the Building Automation HVAC Control System to ensure efficiency of the mechanical equipment, including boilers, chillers, PTACs and air handling units serving the building.
The building is a fully operational hotel with about 90 percent occupancy which lodges mainly the military’s Wounded Warriors, prominent military leaders and guests. The work was performed during normal business hours and required minimal disturbances to building staff and occupants.
White Electrical Construction was required to develop and maintain a highly detailed schedule of activities coordinating the efforts of the General and Mechanical Contractors to meet the occupancy requirements and conference room utilization plan of the facility.
White Electrical Construction was able to complete this project successfully and ahead of schedule. Building staff and occupants were very pleased with the operation and reliability of the newly upgraded HVAC system.
