Challenges:

- Very aggressive completion schedule.
- Working alongside steel erectors and
millwrights to complete installation according to
schedule.
- Installation while facility is in
production. Expansion was the installation of 105,000
square feet of mezzanine over existing production areas.

Summary:

each phase of the work on time or early and within budget. |
